Travel Crib Available – Advance Request Required
We offer travel cribs for 15USD per stay, including a mattress, sheets, and a blanket. Availability is limited and must be requested before your arrival. Please ensure you receive our confirmation after requesting. Contact us early to secure a crib for your little one.
To enhance your arrival experience, we offer a complimentary starter kit that includes toilet paper, trash bag for the container, soap, shampoo, coffee, sugar, sweetener, and bottled water. These items will not be restocked and guests are encouraged to purchase locally if necessary.
We provide salt, oil and pepper upon request, which must be placed before 5:00 p.m.
For your convenience, sheets and towels can be changed for an additional charge (the same applies to the full cleaning service). Daily cleaning is NOT included in the rental price. You just have to let us know 24 hours in advance to schedule our cleaning services.
We want to provide all our guests with quality linens and towels, so please take good care of them and do not use them to clean the floor or remove your makeup to avoid additional charges.
For bookings 28 days or longer, electric usage is billed separately. For bookings 7+ days, a mandatory switch of linens and towels is required every week at an extra cost.
As a standard, we provide one bath towel and one pool towel per guest, plus one bath mat, one hand towel, and one face towel per bathroom.
If you require additional towels, please let us know before booking.
Important: There’s construction next to this complex. It mostly affects tower C (we’re in tower A).
Our apartments are equipped with energy-saving systems that use PIR (passive infrared) sensors to automatically turn off the AC when no guests are in the room. In some units, there may also be a limit on how low the temperature can be set.
To get you started, we provide a complimentary welcome kit that includes toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, shampoo, coffee, sugar, sweetener, and bottled water. These items are not restocked during your stay, so if you need more, you’ll need to purchase them locally. Please note that we do not provide dishwasher detergent, even in apartments that include a dishwasher.
Some of our buildings require a valid ID to access the property at check-in. This is mandatory due to building regulations. If you have any questions about this requirement, please contact us before confirming your reservation, as we won’t issue cancellations or refunds on this basis.
For stays of 28 nights or more, electricity is charged separately at a rate of 3 MXN per kWh.
