You don’t need a car here: you can walk or practically cycle everywhere. Stroll along the beaches, past shops and restaurants. There are plenty of inexpensive taxis to get around Playa del Carmen, and the ferry to Cozumel or the ADO bus station (for trips to Tulum, Cancun, etc.) are a short ride away. There are also shared local buses on the nearby avenues if you’re feeling adventurous. If you rent a car, you’ll have access to the hotel’s secure underground parking.

We offer travel cots for USD 15 per stay, which include a mattress, sheets, and a blanket. Availability is limited and must be requested prior to arrival. Please ensure you receive our confirmation after requesting. Contact us in advance to reserve a cot for your little one.
To enhance your arrival experience, we offer a complimentary welcome kit that includes toilet paper, a trash bag, soap, shampoo, coffee, sugar, sweetener, and bottled water. These items will not be replenished, and guests are encouraged to purchase them locally if needed.
We provide salt, oil, and pepper upon request, which must be placed before 5:00 PM.
For your convenience, sheets and towels can be changed for an additional fee (the same applies to full housekeeping). Daily housekeeping is NOT included in the rental price. Simply notify us 24 hours in advance to schedule our housekeeping service.
If you require the sofa bed, please inform us in advance (before 4:00 PM on the day of arrival) so we can provide the necessary bed linen. If you notify us after this time, we cannot guarantee same-day delivery.

We strive to provide all our guests with quality bed linen and towels, so please take good care of them and refrain from using them to clean the floor or remove makeup to avoid additional charges.
For bookings of 28 days or more, electricity consumption is billed separately. For bookings of 7 days or more, we require a mandatory bed linen change at an additional cost to maintain cleanliness and ensure we can provide all our guests with quality linen.
