– Sofa bed must be requested before 4:00 PM on arrival day; otherwise, same-day delivery is not guaranteed. Recommended for one child or a person up to 1.80 m (5’11”).
– A complimentary starter kit is provided (no restocking) including toilet paper, trash bag, soap, shampoo, coffee, sugar, sweetener, and bottled water. Guests should purchase additional items locally if needed. Salt, oil, and pepper are available upon request before 5:00 PM.
– Sheets, towels, and full cleaning service are available at an additional cost. Daily cleaning is not included. Requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
– Guests are asked to take proper care of linens and towels and not use them for floor cleaning or makeup removal to avoid extra charges.
– Travel crib available for $15 USD per stay (includes mattress, sheets, and blanket). Must be requested in advance, is subject to availability, and requires confirmation.
Upon arrival, guests will need to register and present IDs at the front desk.
If you need access to the building’s underground parking, please let us know in advance, and we will provide you with an RF tag upon arrival. To issue the tag, we will require a deposit of MXN $500 (cash only), which will be refunded upon check-out once you return the tag.
