We do have options on the 1st floor, 2nd floor, 3rd floor and also 4th floor (these last ones are PH with private rooftop, at an extra cost). If you have any questions regarding floor level, orientation, etc please ask before booking. We’ll be more than happy to help you find what’s best for your group.
Welcome to our stunning Airbnb listing in Playa del Carmen! With a capacity for up to 16 people, this accommodation offers a fantastic stay for large groups. You’ll have access to 4 spacious 2-bedroom apartments accommodating up to 4 guests in each one. If your group is bigger, please let us know in advance. Each apartment can accommodate up to 6 people at an extra cost.
The 2-bedroom apartments also include 2 bathrooms each and a fully equipped kitchen, providing ample space and amenities for your group. All units come with balconies where you can unwind and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
Our building is conveniently located just 2 blocks away from the renowned 5th Avenue, the heart of Playa del Carmen. Here, you’ll find a vibrant atmosphere with an array of restaurants, shops, and entertainment options at your fingertips.
Please note that the balcony and orientation may vary depending on availability at the time of booking, but rest assured, we will do our best to accommodate your preferences.

Guests will also have access to all the amenities in the building: 2 pools, gym, sauna, private parking, roof bar, breakfast bar, play room, cinema and more. Rooftop pool, rooftop bar and sauna are adults-only.
To enhance your arrival experience, we offer a complimentary starter kit that includes toilet paper, trash bag for the container, soap, shampoo, coffee, sugar, sweetener, and bottled water. These items will not be restocked and guests are encouraged to purchase locally if necessary.
We provide salt, oil and pepper upon request, which must be placed before 5:00 p.m.
For your convenience, sheets and towels can be changed for an additional charge (the same applies to the full cleaning service). Daily cleaning is NOT included in the rental price. You just have to let us know 24 hours in advance to schedule our cleaning services.
If you require the sofa bed, please inform us in advance—by 4:00 PM on the day of check-in—so we can provide the necessary linens. If you notify us after this time, we cannot guarantee same-day delivery.
Please keep this in mind to ensure you have the best possible experience at our accommodation.
We want to provide all our guests with quality linens and towels, so please take good care of them and do not use them to clean the floor or remove your makeup to avoid additional charges.
Travel Crib Available – Advance Request Required
We offer travel cribs for 15USD per stay, including a mattress, sheets, and a blanket. Availability is limited and must be requested before your arrival. Please ensure you receive our confirmation after requesting. Contact us early to secure a crib for your little one.
In a prime location just 150 m from the vibrant 5th Avenue and a short stroll to Playa del Carmen’s beautiful beaches. Walk to cafés, restaurants, bars, boutique shops, supermarkets and nightlife. You’re also a quick ride from ferry terminals to Cozumel and close to tourist attractions like Parque Fundadores and the Frida Kahlo Museum. Despite the central setting, the building is in a pleasant area where you can relax after exploring.
We’re available 24/7 for emergencies. Our guest support team is online and happy to help via message daily from 9:00 AM to midnight. After midnight, please reach out only in case of urgent matters or emergencies — we’ll be here if you need us!
Everything you need is within walking distance, but you’ll also have easy access to local transport. Taxis and rideshares are plentiful on 5th Avenue. The ADO bus station is a few blocks away for travel to Cancun, Tulum or the airport. If you prefer to cycle, BiciPlaya bike‑share stations are nearby. With the included parking spot (subject to availability), you can also bring your own car or rental.
