This apartment has a second bedroom (lock-off) that can be rented separately to other guests. Access is through a separate entrance, just like a separate room. This apartment and the adjacent one are separated by a lockable door. They only share a balcony.
The apartment is equipped with wifi, tv, queen bed, 1 bathroom, safe. The building has a gym, underground parking, a game room with a cinema, 24-hour security and 2 swimming pools.
The complex is located three blocks from 30th Avenue, where you’ll find ATMs, supermarkets, restaurants, and much more. 5th Avenue is 150 meters away in the opposite direction.
Everything you need is within walking distance, but you’ll also have easy access to local transport. Taxis and rideshares are plentiful on 5th Avenue. The ADO bus station is a few blocks away for travel to Cancun, Tulum or the airport. If you prefer to cycle, BiciPlaya bike‑share stations are nearby. With the included parking spot (subject to availability), you can also bring your own car or rental.

– Linen/towel changes and full cleaning are available for an extra fee. Daily cleaning is not included — please request services 24 hours in advance.
– Please take care of linens and towels. Do not use them for makeup removal or floor cleaning to avoid extra charges.
– For stays of 28+ nights, electricity is billed separately. For stays of 7+ nights, a mandatory weekly linen/towel change applies at an additional cost.
The building has two swimming pools: one on the ground floor, family-friendly and suitable for children, and another on the rooftop, exclusively for those over 16 years of age; we appreciate you taking this into account when booking.
For your safety, the building management uses cameras in all common areas, including the lobby, hallways, pools, and the front of the building. Please note that there are no cameras inside the apartment to ensure your privacy.
Upon arrival, guests must register and present their ID at reception. Access to this building is via biometric system (fingerprint or facial recognition). Therefore, during the check-in process, guests must register one of these methods to gain subsequent entry to the building. By making a reservation, guests agree to this policy and understand that no refunds will be issued if they do not agree with this procedure.
