The kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans, cutlery, dishes, a blender, toaster, coffee maker, oven, microwave, and a large refrigerator. The bedroom and living room are connected via the balcony. The bedroom includes a safe that can be easily set up.
The building features underground parking (one vehicle allowed), 24/7 security, a biometric access system, a business center, a game room with a cinema, and a large gym.

– For stays of 28+ nights, electricity is billed separately. For stays of 7+ nights, a mandatory weekly linen/towel change applies at an additional cost.
The building has two swimming pools: one on the ground floor, family-friendly and suitable for children, and another on the rooftop, exclusively for those over 16 years of age; we appreciate you taking this into account when booking.
For your safety, the building management uses cameras in all common areas, including the lobby, hallways, pools, and the front of the building. Please note that there are no cameras inside the apartment to ensure your privacy.
