The apartment is equipped with: Wi-Fi, 3 TVs, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 combination safes, 4 stovetops, an oven, a toaster, a microwave, a blender, a coffee maker, a refrigerator, and a washing machine.
We provide a complimentary welcome kit upon arrival: toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, shampoo, coffee, sugar, sweetener, and bottled water. These items will not be replenished, and if needed, you will need to purchase them on-site.
Bed linen and towel changes are available at an additional cost (as is full housekeeping). Daily cleaning is not included in the rate. Please notify us 24 hours in advance to schedule housekeeping.

The building has two swimming pools: one on the ground floor, family-friendly and suitable for children, and another on the rooftop, exclusively for those over 16 years of age; we appreciate you taking this into account when booking.
For your safety, the building management uses cameras in all common areas, including the lobby, hallways, pools, and the front of the building. Please note that there are no cameras inside the apartment to ensure your privacy.
Upon arrival, guests must register and present their identification at reception. Access to this building is via biometric system (fingerprint or facial recognition). Therefore, during the check-in process, it will be necessary to register one of these methods to gain entry to the building. By making the reservation, the guest accepts this condition and understands that no refunds will be issued if they do not agree to this procedure.
The building is 3 blocks away from 30th Ave, where you’ll be able to find ATMs, supermarkets, food carts and more. 5th ave is 150m away from the building.
