El barrio es super tranquilo. Estamos a una cuadra de la 5ta avenida, donde podrán encontrar múltiples bares y locales comerciales para comer y comprar. El edificio cuenta con seguridad las 24hs tanto en la puerta principal como en el acceso al estacionamiento. También estamos a 3 cuadras de la Av30 por la cual pasa el transporte público.

We offer travel cribs for $15 USD per stay, which include a mattress, sheets, and a blanket. Availability is limited and must be requested prior to your arrival. Please ensure you receive our confirmation after making the request. Contact us early to secure a crib for your little one.

Our apartments are equipped with energy-saving systems that use PIR (passive infrared) sensors to automatically turn off the AC when no guests are in the room. In some units, there may also be a limit on how low the temperature can be set.
To get you started, we provide a complimentary welcome kit that includes toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, shampoo, coffee, sugar, sweetener, and bottled water. These items are not restocked during your stay, so if you need more, you’ll need to purchase them locally. Please note that we do not provide dishwasher detergent, even in apartments that include a dishwasher.
Some of our buildings require a valid ID to access the property at check-in. This is mandatory due to building regulations. If you have any questions about this requirement, please contact us before confirming your reservation, as we won’t issue cancellations or refunds on this basis.
For stays of 28 nights or more, electricity is charged separately at a rate of 3 MXN per kWh.
