One-bedroom penthouse 150 meters from 5th Avenue. 24-hour security, biometric access system, two swimming pools, gym, rooftop terrace, spa services (additional cost), and parking. Currently, the rooftop terrace is not open, so the rental is for the one-bedroom apartment only.
The penthouse is equipped with two TVs, Wi-Fi, air conditioning throughout, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, a kitchen with an oven and four stovetops, a microwave, a bathroom, and a rooftop terrace with a private pool. It also features a rooftop bathroom, lounge chairs, and chairs. The apartment is part of a two-bedroom unit and has an extra room that can be rented separately to other guests. Access is through a separate door, so there is no shared space with other guests if the two units are rented together. Only the balcony is shared.
Upon arrival, guests must register and present their ID at reception. Access to this building is via biometric system (fingerprint or facial recognition). Therefore, during the check-in process, guests must register one of these methods to gain entry to the building. By making a reservation, guests agree to this condition and understand that no refunds will be issued if they do not agree to this procedure.
The building is 3 blocks away from 30th Ave, where you’ll be able to find ATMs, supermarkets, food carts and more. 5th ave is 150m away from the building.

– Linen/towel changes and full cleaning are available for an extra fee. Daily cleaning is not included — please request services 24 hours in advance.
– Please take care of linens and towels. Do not use them for makeup removal or floor cleaning to avoid extra charges.
– For stays of 28+ nights, electricity is billed separately. For stays of 7+ nights, a mandatory weekly linen/towel change applies at an additional cost.
The building has two swimming pools: one on the ground floor, family-friendly and suitable for children, and another on the rooftop, exclusively for those over 16 years of age; we appreciate you taking this into account when booking.
For your safety, the building management uses cameras in all common areas, including the lobby, hallways, pools, and the front of the building. Please note that there are no cameras inside the apartment to ensure your privacy.
