The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi, a TV, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a combination safe, a four-burner stovetop, an oven, a toaster, a blender, a coffee maker, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, and more.
To enhance your arrival experience, we offer a complimentary starter kit that includes toilet paper, a trash bag, soap, shampoo, coffee, sugar, sweetener, and bottled water. These items will not be replenished, and guests are encouraged to purchase them locally if needed.
We provide salt, oil, and pepper upon request, which must be returned before 5:00 PM.

You’re also a quick ride from ferry terminals to Cozumel and close to tourist attractions like Parque Fundadores and the Frida Kahlo Museum. Despite the central setting, the building is in a pleasant area where you can relax after exploring.
Everything you need is within walking distance, but you’ll also have easy access to local transport. Taxis and rideshares are plentiful on 5th Avenue. The ADO bus station is a few blocks away for travel to Cancun, Tulum or the airport. If you prefer to cycle, BiciPlaya bike‑share stations are nearby. With the included parking spot (subject to availability), you can also bring your own car or rental.
Travel cot available: advance request required
We offer travel cots for USD 15 per stay, including mattress, sheets, and blanket. Availability is limited and must be requested prior to arrival. Please ensure you receive our confirmation after making your request. Contact us early to secure a cot for your little one.
If you require the use of the sofa bed, please inform us in advance—by 4:00 PM on the day of check-in—so that we can provide the appropriate bedding. If you notify us after this time, we cannot guarantee same-day delivery.

For bookings of 28 days or more, electricity is billed separately. A measurement is taken at check-in and compared with the measurement at check-out.
For reservations longer than 7 days, we require a mandatory linen change each week at an additional cost.
The building has two swimming pools: one on the ground floor, family-friendly and suitable for children, and another on the rooftop, exclusively for those over 16 years of age; we appreciate you taking this into account when booking.
Upon arrival, guests must register and present their identification at reception. Access to this building is via biometric system (fingerprint or facial recognition). Therefore, during the check-in process, it will be necessary to register one of these methods to gain entry to the building. By making the reservation, the guest accepts this condition and understands that no refunds will be issued if they do not agree to this procedure.
