Guests will also have access to all the amenities in the building: pools, gym, private parking, roof bar and more. Rooftop pool by the bar (1 out of 4) is adults only. All the other pools are family pools too.
To enhance your arrival experience, we offer a complimentary starter kit that includes toilet paper, trash bag for the container, soap, shampoo, coffee, sugar, sweetener, and bottled water. These items will not be restocked and guests are encouraged to purchase locally if necessary.
We provide salt, oil and pepper upon request, which must be placed before 5:00 p.m.
For your convenience, sheets and towels can be changed for an additional charge (the same applies to the full cleaning service). Daily cleaning is NOT included in the rental price. You just have to let us know 24 hours in advance to schedule our cleaning services.
If you require the sofa bed, please inform us in advance—by 4:00 PM on the day of check-in—so we can provide the necessary linens. If you notify us after this time, we cannot guarantee same-day delivery.
Please keep this in mind to ensure you have the best possible experience at our accommodation.
We want to provide all our guests with quality linens and towels, so please take good care of them and do not use them to clean the floor or remove your makeup to avoid additional charges.
The apartment is equipped with motion sensors in the living room and both bedrooms. These sensors are configured to save on air conditioning when guests are not in the apartment. Airbnb requires us to share this information with guests for devices of this kind.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor and there’s no elevator, only stairs.

We offer travel cribs for 15USD per stay, including a mattress, sheets, and a blanket. Availability is limited and must be requested before your arrival. Please ensure you receive our confirmation after requesting. Contact us early to secure a crib for your little one.
To get to the beach it’s only a 5min walk. The popular 5th ave is only 100m away from the building, where you’ll find shops, restaurants and nightlife!
We’re available 24/7 for emergencies. Our guest support team is online and happy to help via message daily from 9:00 AM to midnight. After midnight, please reach out only in case of urgent matters or emergencies — we’ll be here if you need us!
