To enhance your arrival experience, we offer a complimentary starter kit that includes toilet paper, a trash bag, soap, shampoo, coffee, sugar, sweetener, and bottled water. These items will not be replenished, and guests are encouraged to purchase them locally if needed.
We provide salt, oil, and pepper upon request, which must be placed before 5:00 PM.
For your convenience, linens and towels can be changed for an additional fee (the same applies to full housekeeping). Daily housekeeping is NOT included in the rental price. Simply notify us 24 hours in advance to schedule our cleaning services.
We want to provide all our guests with quality linens and towels, so please take good care of them and do not use them to clean the floor or remove makeup to avoid additional charges.
Travel cot available: advance request required.
We offer travel cots for $15 USD per stay, including a mattress, sheets, and a blanket. Availability is limited and must be requested before arrival. Please ensure you receive our confirmation after submitting your request. Contact us in advance to reserve a crib for your baby.
For monthly rentals, electricity will be billed separately, and a mandatory cleaning service will be required every 15 days, at an additional cost. Cleaning fees and a deposit for the electricity bill must be paid in advance. If you have any questions, please ask before booking.
Upon arrival, guests will need to register and present IDs at the front desk.
If you need access to the building’s underground parking, please let us know in advance, and we will provide you with an RF tag upon arrival. To issue the tag, we will require a deposit of MXN $500 (cash only), which will be refunded upon check-out once you return the tag.
