Arrival Essentials
To make your arrival smoother, we provide a complimentary starter kit with toilet paper, trash bags, soap, shampoo, coffee, sugar, sweetener, and bottled water. These items are not restocked during your stay. Salt, oil, and pepper are available upon request and must be arranged before 5:00 PM.
Housekeeping & Linen Policy
Daily cleaning is not included, but we offer fresh linens, towels, and full cleaning service for an extra fee. Please request at least 24 hours in advance. To help us maintain high-quality linens for all guests, please avoid using towels for cleaning floors or removing makeup, as damage may incur additional charges.
Electric usage
For stays of 28 days or more, electricity is charged separately at a rate of 3 MXN per kWh. Meter readings will be taken at check-in and check-out to calculate usage.
