– We provide a complimentary starter kit upon arrival: toilet paper, a trash bag, soap, shampoo, coffee, sugar, sweetener, and bottled water. These items will not be replenished, and guests will need to purchase them locally if necessary.
– Bed linens and towels can be changed for an additional fee (as can full cleaning). Daily cleaning is not included in the rate. Simply notify us 24 hours in advance to schedule cleaning.
– We want to provide all our guests with quality linens and towels, so please take good care of them and refrain from using them to clean the floor or remove makeup to avoid additional charges..
– Travel crib/cot available for $15 USD per stay (includes mattress, sheets & blanket). Limited availability — request in advance and wait for our confirmation.

– The condo features an open-layout design, where the bedroom and living area are connected through a hallway without a separating door.
The building has two swimming pools: one on the ground floor, family-friendly and suitable for children, and another on the rooftop, exclusively for those over 16 years of age; we appreciate you taking this into account when booking.
Upon arrival, guests must register and present their identification at reception. Access to this building is via biometric system (fingerprint or facial recognition). Therefore, during the check-in process, it will be necessary to register one of these methods to gain entry to the building. By making the reservation, the guest accepts this condition and understands that no refunds will be issued if they do not agree to this procedure.
The building is 3 blocks away from 30th Ave, where you’ll be able to find ATMs, supermarkets, food carts and more. 5th ave is 150m away from the building.
