This apartment is part of a 2-bedroom apartment and the second bedroom can be rented to other guests during your stay. Access to the apartment is secured by an electronic lock with a PIN code, ensuring your peace of mind. Access to the secondary bedroom is separate and both parts are divided by a door which will be locked during your stay.
Within the building, you’ll discover a plethora of amenities including a fitness center, a well-appointed business center, a poolside breakfast bar, an elevated poolside bar, two pools (one of which is exclusively for adults), a children’s club, a game room complete with a pool table, a cinema and TV lounge, a sauna, and a spa. While complimentary access to the sauna is provided, please note that spa services are available at an additional cost. Around-the-clock security and a dedicated front desk staff guarantee your comfort and safety at all times.
To facilitate your arrival, we offer a complimentary starter kit that includes toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, soap, shampoo, coffee, sugar, sweetener, and bottled water. These items will not be replenished, and guests are encouraged to procure them locally if needed.
For your convenience, linens and towels can be replaced for an extra fee (the same applies to full cleaning services). Daily cleaning is not included in the rental rate. Simply notify us 24 hours in advance to schedule our cleaning services.

The building has two swimming pools: one on the ground floor, family-friendly and suitable for children, and another on the rooftop, exclusively for those over 16 years of age; we appreciate you taking this into account when booking.
For your safety, the building management employs cameras in all common areas, including the lobby, hallways, pools, and the building’s front. Please note, there are no cameras within the apartment to ensure your privacy.
Upon arrival, guests must register and present their ID at reception. Access to this building is via biometric system (fingerprint or facial recognition). Therefore, during the check-in process, guests must register one of these methods to gain subsequent entry to the building. By making a reservation, guests agree to this policy and understand that no refunds will be issued if they do not agree with this procedure.
In a prime location just 150 m from the vibrant 5th Avenue and a short stroll to Playa del Carmen’s beautiful beaches. Walk to cafés, restaurants, bars, boutique shops, supermarkets and nightlife. You’re also a quick ride from ferry terminals to Cozumel and close to tourist attractions like Parque Fundadores and the Frida Kahlo Museum. Despite the central setting, the building is in a pleasant area where you can relax after exploring.

Everything you need is within walking distance, but you’ll also have easy access to local transport. Taxis and rideshares are plentiful on 5th Avenue. The ADO bus station is a few blocks away for travel to Cancun, Tulum or the airport. If you prefer to cycle, BiciPlaya bike‑share stations are nearby. With the included parking spot (subject to availability), you can also bring your own car or rental.
